Royal Feast

Royal Feasts are recommended mainly for groups and larger companies, the pre-set menu is served in platters for more people. Unlimited consumption of red- and whitewine as well as soft drinks is always an essential part of the feast.

Rich „Renaissance” plate ( braised venison parboiled in sage, filled with goose liver, roast goose leg with basil and cabbage steamed in red wine, loaflet)

Rich plate of Matthias King (ribbed part of the pork with fried mushrooms and lean bacon roasted in one piece, roast chicken leg with rosemary, cold sauces, mashed lentils)

Rich plate of Solomon King (larded sucking pig leg roasted in one piece, pickled, roast chicken breast filet, served with cabbage stewed in wine, loaflet)

All the above menus include the following drinks:
Fiery juice of dried fruits, Blood of Eger grapes, Black juice in earthernware cup, Mineral water of the Visegrád spring

Deer paste with blueberry sauce
Pheasant soup with strawberry leaf and venison soup with cream and potato rolls with onion assorted
Gala plate (larded turkey leg roast in oven, roast pork cutlet larded with bacon and mushrooms, grilled goose liver, baled potatoes topped with cheese, mushroom pancackes in breadcrumbs), cabbage steamed in red wine, mixed fresh vegeables
Strudel filled with squash, poppy-seed and cottage cheese as well as "gilded" dumplings topped with wine sauce

Drinks: plum brandy, Renaissance cocktail, Soproni Cabernet Sauvignon, Neszmélyi Olaszrizling, Villányi Cabernet Franc (extra quality dry red wine), Villányi Rajnai Rizling (quality dry white wine), Dreher Pils on draught, Pilsner Urquell, soft drinks, coffee and tea
